Why I built this?

Investing is a personal journey.

And I consider myself a serious investor.

What that means for me is that I need to understand the companies I invest in.

That means pouring over the financial reports, understanding the business performance, and deciding if I should continue to invest in the company or divesting it.

But what I discovered is that my context window is way lesser than chatgpt.

You see, life happens. I have a job, a family, and other commitments. I can’t spend hours and hours pouring over financial reports.

Often if I ever finished a report, I would have forgotten what I read in the previous report or even struggling to recall the key points within that current report itself.

But the human brain is good at pattern recognition. No matter how busy, a glance at the key KPIs and charts is all anyone needs to understand the business performance and make an informed decision.

So I built this.

But that is only me in 2026.

I remember the younger me. If I was given a chart back then, I would have no idea what it means. I would have no idea how to interpret it, and I would have no idea how to use it to make an informed decision.

So I write stories and try to characterize the interesting businesses I came across.

If you find my charts and stories useful, I hope it can help you in your investing journey as well.
And share it with anyone who might find this useful.
