Section-by-Section Guide
1. PATAMI Trends (Profitability)
This section tracks the company’s Profit After Tax and Minority Interests (PATAMI).
- Summary Cards: View the latest quarterly profit, Year-over-Year (YoY) growth, Year-to-Date (YTD) profit, and YTD growth.
- Charts: The top chart shows the absolute monetary value of PATAMI over time, while the bottom chart visualizes the percentage of growth or contraction compared to the previous year.
2. Revenue Trends (Top-Line Growth)
This section tracks the money brought in by the company’s operations.
- Similar to the PATAMI section, it provides summary cards for the latest and YTD revenue figures.
- The green area chart gives a visual representation of how revenue is trending over multiple quarters.
3. Return on Equity (ROE) - Core Quality Metric
ROE is a key metric used in the index methodology to measure a company’s profitability relative to shareholders’ equity.
- The summary card shows the latest annualized ROE.
- The trend chart plots the company’s historical ROE against a dashed 10% reference level, allowing you to quickly see if the company is maintaining healthy, above-average profitability. In the index methodology, higher ROE values indicate better quality.
4. Debt-to-Equity Ratio - Core Quality Metric
This section measures a company’s financial leverage and capital structure.
- It displays the latest D/E ratio alongside total borrowings and shareholders’ equity.
- The trend chart plots the company’s debt levels against a dashed 1.5x reference limit. In the index methodology, lower D/E values are preferred as they indicate less balance-sheet risk.
5. Earnings Quality (OCF / PAT) - Core Quality Metric
This metric assesses the extent to which reported profits are actually supported by real operating cash flows.
- It displays the ratio of Operating Cash Flow (OCF) divided by PATAMI.
- The trend chart includes a dashed 1.0 reference line. If the ratio is above 1.0, it means the company’s earnings are fully backed by cash generated from its operations. Higher values indicate better earnings quality.
6. Shareholder Returns
This section focuses on how the company is rewarding its investors.
- It tracks the latest Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Retained Earnings.
- The bar chart visualizes the historical Dividend Per Share, showing exactly when and how much the company paid out to shareholders.
7. Growth Summary Table
At the very bottom, all the visual data is compiled into a single, easy-to-read table.
- It provides a quarter-by-quarter breakdown of Revenue, PAT, ROE, D/E, and OCF/PAT.
- Color Coding: The table uses green text with an “up” arrow for positive growth and red text with a “down” arrow for negative growth, allowing you to instantly spot improving or deteriorating financial conditions.
